Right of Withdrawal
Model instructions on withdrawal
-pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4, -
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days
(i) from the day of conclusion of the contract, in the case of purchase of a service; or
(ii) from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase of an asset;
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the relevant period has expired.
If you withdraw, you will be refunded the payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from when Corteinfiore receives the return form. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund on a different means of payment, in which case you will be responsible for any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment you have chosen . The refund will in any case be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you demonstrate that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
If you have received the product, please return it to Corteinfiore without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.
The costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please note that, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, lett. e), Legislative Decree 205/2006 (containing the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery. In any case, the legal guarantees of conformity remain unaffected
